1. Who provides the service
The ShareGuard website and app are provided by Fiscal Task Force SRL, Romania. Contact: levi@fiscaltaskforce.ro.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the website or the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. The app is installed and updated through Google Play, whose terms apply separately.
3. What the app provides
ShareGuard identifies details in images that look private and lets you cover them before you share the image. The app is provided free of charge, with ads, as it stands at the time you use it.
4. The optional purchase
The ads can be removed with a one-time in-app purchase, with no subscription. The price is the one shown in Google Play at the time of purchase, taxes included. The purchase is processed by Google Play and tied to your Google account. The image-protection features remain free and do not depend on it.
The purchase is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By confirming the purchase you ask for supply to begin at once and acknowledge that, once supplied, you lose the right of withdrawal, as the law provides. Refund requests are handled under the Google Play refund policy, without affecting your statutory rights regarding conformity.
5. Detection is an aid
Automatic detection is assistive. It may miss data, may flag data that is not private, and does not read scripts that its text recognition does not cover. We do not guarantee that a processed image no longer contains private information. You are responsible for checking every image with your own eyes before you share it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to decompile it, modify it or use it to infringe the rights of others, to the extent the law allows these limits to be imposed. You alone are responsible for the images you choose, process and share, including respecting the rights of the people in them.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the ShareGuard name, the logo and the content of this website belong to Fiscal Task Force SRL or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the app on your devices. Third-party components remain under their own licences. Your images remain yours; we acquire no right in them.
8. Ads and third-party services
The app shows Google AdMob ads, and links to Google Play and to other sites lead outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fiscal Task Force SRL is not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data, profit or reputation arising from the use of the app or the website, including private data left in an image that was shared. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date shown below. If a change is material, we will say so in the app or on the site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply. You may also contact the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC. Romanian courts have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
